Lori is from Lubbock Texas.
She has been married to Remy for 26 wonderful years. Together, they have been blessed with three beautiful daughters.
For 18 years, Lori and Remy have been members of the Betenbough companies.
Lori has always been passionate about planning and decorating events.
Lori loves leading her team because it gives her the chance to inspire and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Lori is continually inspired by her team's talent, creativity, and dedication.

The Kitchen Team

Our Kitchen team was formed in Fall of 2020.
Our Executive Chef, Andrew Seccareccio, has lived all over the United States and came to us from Alaska.
Our Chef de Cuisine, Casey Jones, came to Lubbock from Amarillo.
The entire kitchen team loves connecting with guests and seeing the beauty they help create at The Willows.
