During this time, your wedding specialist will get to know you, your fiancé, and discuss your vision for your wedding day. You’ll also be given helpful information about our preferred vendors and upcoming meetings.

Catering tasting
Let’s discuss how you’ll wow your guests with your wedding menu selections. Attend a Willows wedding tasting where you’ll taste from three buffet options and experience our elevated service before your big day.

First details meeting
During this meeting, you’ll start to review details for your wedding like timeline, menu, vendors, layout, linens, décor, etc.
