Allow us to take your palate around the world at our May Wine Dinner. Our in-house culinary team will serve a five-course dinner, and wines will be carefully paired with each course by a level II sommelier.

AMUSE (EGYPT)

Red Pepper Hummus

Served on za’atar spiced pita and finished with herb roasted chickpeas

APPETIZER (DUTCH)

Beef Bitterballen

Fried stew meat croquettes served with Dijon mustard

SALAD (MEXICO)

Ensalada de Nopales

Spring mix, pickled cactus, tomato, onion, cilantro, oregano, queso fresco, avocado, and vinaigrette

ENTRÉE (THAI)

Cold Soba Noodles

Served with Thai BBQ swordfish, fresh veggies, sesame vinaigrette, and garnished with grilled bok choy

DESSERT (HAWAIIAN/AMERICAN)

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Served with cherries and whipped topping
