*If you decide to select a vendor outside of The Willows Event Center Event and Wedding Vendor list, you must:

  1. Receive approval to hire the proposed vendor from your Willows Event Center Specialist
  2. Sign a Willows Vendor Policy and a statement assuming all responsibility for vendor actions and services
