Next level corporate events at The Willows Event Center
While The Willows Event Center is known for its weddings, it makes the ultimate venue for corporate events.
Our spacious event center can accommodate up to 200 guests and features state of the art audio and visual equipment. Although the large space can be separated into three sections for smaller events, this particular Lubbock corporate event needed the whole space and then some! What makes our event center so unique is its three overhead glass doors that open up to our beautiful courtyard.
This corporate event was for a congressman who utilized our entire space for his Lubbock event. Guests were wowed as they walked out to our picturesque garden full of freshly manicured florals, a sea of greenery, our iconic willow trees and the tranquil pond, complete with a calming waterfall. Along the path, they found our bar and could gather and conversate around cocktail tables set up sporadically throughout the garden. This dreamy entrance was the perfect greeting for all guests.
Just a few steps away in our courtyard, tables were set up for dinner. The three overhead glass doors in our event center were opened so this corporate event could be transformed into and indoor/outdoor experience. Dinner was served as Josh Abbott Band played from the stage. It was a beautiful West Texas night and the twinkle lights in the courtyard were the perfect touch.
