Kingdom at Work is a business whose purpose is to “To reveal God and His Kingdom through our work in the marketplace.” The mission behind this company is to help leaders in the corporate world find their “why.” This team has worked with business leaders all over the globe, ministering to them, and teaching them how to be Christ-like business owners and CEO’s.
Kingdom at Work offers a variety of services including 3-Day Workshops, 1-Day Events, Leadership Coaching, and Leadership Retreats. We feel honored to say, they have hosted seven 3-Day Kingdom Leadership Workshops at the Willows Event Center over the last two and a half years. We asked Amy Knowlton, Project Coordinator for Kingdom at Work a couple of questions, and here is what we learned from her.
Can you tell us about your team’s favorite memory hosting a Kingdom at Work workshop at The Willows Event Center?
It’s so hard to pick one favorite, but one of our team’s favorite memories that was even made into one of our Kingdom Impact Films is of our friend Darin Coons. Darin was at our workshop in October 2018 and at that time was suffering from a serious heart abnormality. After being prayed over in the prayer room during the event, he was miraculously healed. It was an amazing testament to how God is using this event to change lives. Click here to check out the film.
What makes The Willows Event Center space work well for this event?
The Willows Event Center is so great for our event because it is so versatile. We are able to have keynote talks on the main stage, and then easily transition to multiple rooms for our breakout sessions. We are also able to easily provide and serve food to our attendees in the foyer. I also have to mention how great and attentive the Willows team is. They were so helpful and always kept the space clean and made my life so much easier.
